Melbourne based artist and art teacher. Born in Dalian, China 1977. Lisa’s passion and aptitude for art was evident from primary school. In 1996, as one of the top two art students from Liaoning province, she was selected to study at the Dong Hua University in Shanghai, where she completed a 4 years bachelor degree with the major in Fashion Design and won several prizes in Hong Kong、Taiwan and mainland of China.

 

In 2002, Lisa emigrated to New Zealand. During her time there she developed further as an artist, and became a respected art teacher in Dunedin. She exhibited widely and received a number of prestigious awards for her work. In early 2007, Lisa moved to Australia, and started working as a full-time artist. In 2009 she was commissioned by the Geelong Football Club to complete a series of major oil paintings to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the club. The paintings captured key players、significant moments and passionate supporters of the club. The exhibition was on display at the Geelong Regional Art Gallery and was extremely well received by the public. Those paintings are now part of the club's permanent collection held at the Cardinia Park Club Rooms.

 

Lisa paints in both oils and watercolour. She is a member of the VAS and the WSV, and the Vice President of the Watercolour Society of Victoria between 2019-2022. Lisa has held 8 solo exhibitions and many group exhibitions. She enjoys working with an extensive variety of subjects, but portraits and wildlife are her favourite. Her confident brush work, use of colour and ability to capture light making her paintings unique and highly sought after by art lovers and collectors world wide.

1977年出生于中国大连。小学时曾代表学校参加全国各种儿童绘画比赛多次获奖,中学时考取了著名的大连市第十五中美术专业学校,系统专业的学习了绘画六年。1996年以辽宁省第二名的专业总成绩被上海中国纺织大学(现东华大学)服装艺术设计系录取。在校期间曾获得台湾奥黛丽内衣创意设计大赛金奖、北京首届李宁杯休闲运动装设计大赛银奖、深圳绿宝石杯秋冬休闲装设计大赛铜奖,作品被收入1999年香港首届国际⻘年设计师⼤赛作品集。2000年毕业获得学士学位。

2002年,移民新西兰在私立美校任教,同时也逐渐建立起职业画家的身份,2004年创办了个人"蒙娜丽莎艺术工作室"。她扎实的美术基本功和流利的英语,很快让她融入到西方社会的艺术群体,生动诙谐的教学风格深受学生们喜爱。她广泛参加各种画展、慈善艺术拍卖展,曾获得"但尼丁彩色玻璃历史遗产艺术展"绘画一等奖、"奥塔哥州艺术家协会130周年画展"一等奖及卢拉卡瑞奖章。

2007年移民澳大利亚,先后成为澳大利亚写实画家协会员、维多利亚州艺术家协会会员、堪培拉美术家协会会员、2019-2022曾任维多利亚州水彩画协会副主席,经常受邀在美术家协会等艺术组 织示范、教授油画和水彩。她主要擅长人物、动物和风景的写生与创作。2008年的系列油画作品"维多利亚牧羊犬大赛"受到热烈反响,全部作品被私人购藏,其中一幅还获得"克利夫顿艺术大奖"的公众投票奖。2009年,时值吉朗市橄榄球俱乐部"猫队"150周年大庆,王孋琴受俱乐部之邀创作了十八幅人物油画作品,回顾了猫队150年的光辉历史 瞬间及重要球员。画展在吉朗市官方美术馆展出一个月,轰动一时,所有作品均被俱乐部和当地媒体永久收藏。这些年她频繁参加各种画家联展和扶轮社艺术展, 主要获得奖项包括:2023年 美国圣地亚哥水彩画协会第43届国际画展入围,2022年 国际女性水彩画家展览评委奖,2021年 墨尔本Sorrento画展最佳油画作品奖,2020年 澳大利亚莫宁顿艺术展最佳水彩作品奖,2019年澳洲全国马主题画展一等奖、公众投票奖双奖项,及同年堪布威尔艺术展公众投票最佳作品奖,2016年"祖塔"国际妇女节艺术展绘画一等奖、卓斯戴尔复活节画展最佳风景作品奖,2013年墨尔本霍布森湾扶轮社画展油画丙烯组最佳作品奖、堪培拉美术家协会春季画展油画一等奖及最佳风景作品"派格敏敏提"奖章,2012年悉尼小幅画作美术家协会全国画展素描一等奖,2009年澳大利亚写实画家协会年度素描画展一等奖,2008年澳大利亚写实画家协会冬季画展最佳作品奖。2019年,受邀参加法国圣西尔水彩双年展及瑞典国际女性画家联展,2016年十月应大连美术馆邀请,澳大利亚维多利亚州水彩画协会十三位知名水彩画家,首次在中国举办联合画展,作为参展画家之一,王孋琴也是本次画展的策展人之一及全程官方翻译。
王孋琴在澳洲和新西兰先后成功举办过八次个人画展,在海外生活的二十二年中,她逐渐发展成为有影响的实力派年轻画家,作品被澳洲、新西兰、英国、美国、加拿大、日本等多国艺术爱好者购藏。
